Moyrad
Version 3.0 | Effective Date: 13 June 2026
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING OR USING THE MOYRAD PLATFORM. BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT OR USING ANY FEATURE OF THE PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE PLATFORM.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Moyone Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria ("Moyrad", "we", "us", or "our"), operator of the prediction market platform accessible at moyrad.com (the "Platform"), and any individual who registers an account or accesses the Platform ("User", "you", or "your").
By registering, depositing funds, or placing a forecast on the Platform, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
Moyrad is a skill-based forecasting exchange. Users trade YES/NO positions on the outcome of real-world events across categories including politics, sports, finance and economics, entertainment, technology, and current affairs. Prices move dynamically via a Logarithmic Market Scoring Rule (LMSR) Automated Market Maker ("AMM") that reflects aggregated crowd probability.
Moyrad is NOT: a gambling or lottery platform; a securities exchange or investment product regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of Nigeria; a bank or deposit-taking institution; or a financial advisory service.
Participation carries inherent financial risk. Users may lose part or all of their staked balance. Past performance of any forecaster or market does not guarantee future results.
To register and use the Platform, you must:
You may register using (a) an email address and password or (b) Google sign-in (OAuth via Google/Firebase). You must provide your full legal name, email address, phone number (Nigerian format, 10–15 digits), gender, date of birth, and tick two mandatory checkboxes confirming: (i) you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy; and (ii) you are aged 18 or older.
Email verification is mandatory. A 6-digit verification code (10-minute validity) will be sent to your registered email. Accounts not verified remain inactive. Registration attempts are rate-limited to 3 per IP address per hour to prevent abuse.
The timestamp of your acceptance of these Terms is recorded on your account (termsAcceptedAt). You may not create more than one account per person. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. Notify us immediately at support@moyrad.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your credentials.
Each registered user holds a Moyrad Wallet denominated in Points, where 1 Point equals ₦1 (one Nigerian Naira) at the time of deposit. Points represent a claim against the Platform balance only and are:
Users also hold a separate Referral Points balance (earned through the referral programme under clause 11), which is withdrawal-eligible subject to the conditions in clause 11.
Deposits are held in a segregated account maintained by or on behalf of Moyrad, not commingled with operating funds. This arrangement does not make Moyrad a bank and deposits are not insured by the Nigerian Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC) or any other scheme.
All deposits are processed through Payaza, our appointed Nigerian payment gateway. To make a deposit:
Deposits are made in naira only. We do not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or transfers from third-party accounts. By depositing, you confirm the funds are lawfully owned by you and do not derive from any illegal activity.
We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation before crediting any deposit at our discretion.
To withdraw funds, you must submit a withdrawal request through the Platform. Withdrawals are settled to a verified Nigerian bank account only. The destination account is verified via Payaza name-enquiry (account-name resolution); the account name must match your registered profile name or be otherwise verified to our satisfaction.
Withdrawal conditions and limits are as follows:
Referral Points are withdrawal-eligible but may not be withdrawn until the referring user has completed at least one trade on the Platform.
Moyrad may hold, delay, or refuse a withdrawal where:
All market prices are determined by the LMSR AMM. Each YES or NO share in a market represents a probability-weighted claim on the event outcome. Prices reflect aggregate trader sentiment and adjust continuously with each trade. You acknowledge that AMM pricing may differ from fair value and that liquidity conditions can result in slippage.
The following fees apply to all trades and withdrawals:
| Item | Current Value |
|---|---|
| Minimum deposit | ₦500 |
| Minimum withdrawal | ₦1,000 |
| Withdrawal fee | ₦100 flat per withdrawal |
| Trade fee (BUY) | 1% of exact share cost |
| Minimum trade (BUY) | ₦100 |
| Trade fee (SELL) | None |
| Maximum single trade | ₦10,000,000 |
| Payout per winning share | ₦100 (100 Points) |
On the resolution of a market, Moyrad retains a platform rake of 5% from the gross payout pool before distributing winnings to holders of the correct-outcome shares. By participating in any market, you agree to this rake.
You may sell (exit) a position before the market resolves. An early-exit fee is charged on the gross exit value and is determined by the original amount staked in the position being exited, as follows:
| Original stake in position | Early-Exit Fee |
|---|---|
| Up to ₦2,000 | 5% |
| ₦2,001 – ₦10,000 | 8% |
| ₦10,001 – ₦50,000 | 12% |
| Above ₦50,000 | 15% |
The early-exit fee is deducted from the gross proceeds of your sale and credited to the Platform as revenue. Early-exit fees are non-refundable.
Users with a wallet balance of ₦10,000 or more may not commit more than 70% of their total balance to a single open event at any one time.
Where a single trade exceeds 30% of your wallet balance on any given event, a 60-minute cooldown is applied to further large trades on that same event.
The maximum stake per single trade is ₦10,000,000. Moyrad may adjust this limit at its discretion with reasonable notice.
Events are resolved by Moyrad's resolution team using publicly verifiable information and the stated resolution criteria published in each market. Our target resolution time is within 48 hours of the outcome being publicly known, though this is not guaranteed.
Where an event resolves in your favour, the net payout (gross payout less resolution rake) is credited to your wallet automatically.
If you believe an event has been resolved incorrectly, you may raise a dispute within 72 hours of resolution by emailing support@moyrad.com with the event name, your User ID, and the grounds for dispute. Moyrad will review disputes in good faith and aims to respond within 5 business days. Moyrad's determination on resolution disputes is final and binding.
Moyrad may cancel or void a market at any time where: the outcome is indeterminate; the underlying event is postponed indefinitely, cancelled, or declared invalid; reliable data for resolution is unavailable; or a technical or operational error has affected market integrity. In such cases, all staked funds (excluding trade fees already applied) are returned in full, and no resolution rake is charged.
Where a market has been created with an error in the resolution criteria, answer options, or event description, Moyrad reserves the right to correct, re-open, or void the market. Users will be notified via the Platform and/or email.
You must not:
Breach of any of the above may result, at Moyrad's sole discretion, in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, freezing of your wallet balance, forfeiture of any balance attributable to the breach, and referral of the matter to law enforcement authorities.
Moyrad may suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time where: you are found to have violated these Terms; a law enforcement, regulatory, or court order requires us to do so; we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or criminal activity; or the account has been inactive for an extended period.
On termination for breach, any wallet balance attributable to prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Where closure is not due to user breach, any remaining legitimate balance will be refunded to your verified bank account subject to these Terms.
You may request closure of your account at any time by emailing legal@moyrad.com. Upon receipt, we will process any outstanding withdrawals (subject to verification) and close the account. Any unrealised positions at the time of closure request will be exited in accordance with the early-exit fee schedule in clause 7.4.
Each user receives a unique referral code. When a referred user registers using your code and completes their first confirmed deposit, you earn a bonus of 200 Points (₦200) credited to your Referral Points balance.
Referral Points: (a) are withdrawal-eligible only after you have completed at least one trade; (b) are not transferable; (c) may not be exploited through artificial or self-referral schemes; and (d) will be forfeited if associated with fraudulent activity.
Moyrad reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral programme at any time with reasonable notice.
Users may create private Group Challenges: user-defined prediction markets with a minimum stake of ₦200. The creator sets the event, answer options, and resolution criteria. A platform rake of 12% applies to the gross pool of each Group Challenge on resolution.
Group Challenges are subject to all provisions of these Terms including the prohibited conduct rules. Moyrad retains the right to void any Group Challenge market that does not comply with Platform policies.
Moyrad's optional Ranked Mode is a season-based competitive forecasting system with League Points (LP), hidden Match Making Rating (MMR), rank divisions, periodic rank decay for inactivity, and grace-demotion protection. All ranked placements and League Point standings are for prestige and competitive purpose only and carry no monetary value beyond the Platform.
Season duration, rank thresholds, decay rules, and division structures may be adjusted by Moyrad from time to time. Changes will be communicated in advance on the Platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. RISK WARNING: Trading on prediction markets carries financial risk. You may lose all or part of your deposited balance. Only commit funds you can afford to lose. The Platform does not provide investment advice, and nothing on the Platform constitutes a solicitation or recommendation to trade.
Moyrad makes no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data, crowd probability figures, Brier Scores, or resolution information. Market prices do not represent an objective probability of any outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Moyrad's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Moyrad shall not be liable for: loss of profits, revenue, or data; indirect or consequential losses; losses resulting from market movements, resolution outcomes, or AMM pricing; system downtime, technical failures, or delays outside our reasonable control; or any action taken by payment processors, financial institutions, or regulators.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Nigerian law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Moyrad, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your breach of these Terms; your use of the Platform; any third-party claim arising from your activity on the Platform; or your violation of any applicable law.
Moyrad encourages responsible engagement with the Platform. If you believe your use of the Platform is becoming harmful to you financially or emotionally, we recommend you limit your deposits, take breaks from trading, or contact us to request a voluntary self-exclusion. We will process reasonable self-exclusion requests promptly.
You may email support@moyrad.com at any time to request account restrictions or closure for responsible-play reasons.
Moyrad may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice via email to your registered address. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request account closure.
These Terms and all disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to mediation and, if still unresolved, to binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, conducted under the rules of the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023 (as amended). Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitral tribunal orders otherwise.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interlocutory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.
