1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Moyrad, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Platform Rules
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must not engage in any fraudulent or manipulative trading activities
- You must not attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
3. Payment Terms
- All deposits are final and non-refundable except as required by law
- Currency conversion: 1 Naira = 1 point (1:1 conversion)
- Entry fees are 5% per prediction
- Withdrawal fees are 1% of the withdrawal amount
- Minimum withdrawal amount is ₦10.00
- Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours for approved requests
- Referral points can be used to offset withdrawal fees
4. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You must verify your email address before depositing or withdrawing
- You must not share your account credentials with anyone
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
5. Market Resolution
- Market outcomes are determined by our administrators based on verifiable sources
- All market resolutions are final
- We reserve the right to resolve markets early or extend deadlines if necessary
- In case of disputes, our resolution is binding
6. Prohibited Activities
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or bonuses
- Market manipulation or collusion
- Using automated scripts or bots without authorization
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or hack the platform
- Any activity that violates applicable laws
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem necessary. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any remaining points, except as required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
Moyrad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the platform.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to users via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
